Garlic Mushrooms Cauliflower Skillet

 


Ingredients :

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

- 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon butter

- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

- Salt and black pepper to taste

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions :

1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add cauliflower florets and mushrooms to the skillet.  Stir to coat with oil.

3. Sprinkle with minced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir well.

4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is tender-crisp and mushrooms are softened, about 10-12 minutes.

5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
