Chicken & Sauce:
2 chicken breasts 🍗
2 tbsp butter 🧈
3 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1/4 cup chicken broth 🍗
1/4 cup heavy cream 🥛
1 tsp paprika 🌶️

Vegetables:
150g mushrooms, sliced 🍄
2 cups fresh spinach 🌿
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
Optional Garnish:
Fresh parsley or thyme 🌿
👩🍳 Instructions:
Cook the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Sauté the vegetables: In the same skillet, add olive oil if needed. Cook mushrooms until golden, then stir in spinach until just wilted.
Prepare the garlic butter sauce: Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until slightly thickened. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy sauce.
Serve: Plate the chicken, top with the sautéed mushrooms and spinach, and spoon over extra garlic butter sauce. Garnished with fresh parsley or thyme.
