Greek Chicken Wrap Bites with Mezze Dips



Ingredients:

For the Chicken Wraps:

2 large flatbreads or tortillas

2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced thinly

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup cucumber, diced

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Fresh arugula or spinach leaves

For the Mezze Dips:

½ cup hummus

½ cup tzatziki

Optional: olive tapenade or roasted red pepper dip

For Assembly:

Toothpicks to secure wrap bytes

Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions:

Assemble wraps: Lay flatbreads flat and spread a thin layer of hummus or tzatziki. Layer chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onion, feta, and greens.

Roll & cut: Roll tightly, secure with toothpicks, and cut into 2–3 inch bite-sized pieces.

Prepare dips: Place hummus, tzatziki, and any optional dips in small serving bowls.

Serve: Arrange wrap bites on a platter with dips and lemon wedges for squeezing.
