Garlic Butter Baked Shrimp with Corn

 



Ingredients:

🦐 1.5 lbs large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails on optional)

🧈 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

🧄 5 cloves garlic, minced

🌶️ 1 tsp paprika

🍋 1 tsp lemon juice

🧂 1/2 tsp salt

⚫ 1/2 tsp black pepper

🌶️🔥 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

🌿 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

🌽 2 ears of corn, halved or whole

Instructions:

1. 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 🥣 In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

3. 🍤 Arrange shrimp evenly in a baking dish or foil pan. Pour the buttery garlic mixture over the shrimp.

4. 🌽 Add corn pieces, nestling them among the shrimp.

5. ⏱️ Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.

6. 🌿 Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!
