Ingredients:
250 g halloumi cheese, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Directions:
Prepare Halloumi: Pat halloumi cubes dry with paper towels and lightly coat them with flour.
Fry Halloumi: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry halloumi cubes until golden and crispy on all sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
Add Chili Honey: In a small pan, gently warm honey with chili flakes. Drizzle over crispy halloumi bites.
Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately as a snack or appetizer.
