Classic Cobb Salad

 



All you need is:

- 6 cups mixed greens (romaine, spinach, arugula)

- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 avocado, sliced

- 4 hard-boiled eggs, quartered

- 6 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced

- 2 oz crumbled blue cheese

- 2 slices crispy bacon, crumbled

- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

- 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
